I'm a progressive executive, organizational advisor and leadership coach whose 20 years of experience spans roles across multiple industries, including retail, manufacturing, financial services, and technology. 

Most recently, I led transformation strategy at Salesforce through the entirety of the Slack acquisition and integration. 

Previously, I built and scaled the Internal Communications & Culture function at Slack, leading employee and executive communications, change management, engagement, and culture efforts for the company’s global workforce for more than five years – including Slack's 2019 Direct Listing. 

Today, I'm an independent advisor, consultant and coach partnering with organizations to build strong operating foundations and navigate change and growth.
